DIS_Vendor Subcontractor Insurance and Indemnity Agreement
AFTER APPROVAL OF SUBMITTED FORMS, WE WILL EMAIL YOU A INVOICE FOR THE CORRECT PAYMENT AMOUNT
Anyone interested in being a vendor at our Classic and Modern Muscle All Mopar Show on March 14 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida , please let us know. We certainly don’t want to miss anyone who is interested.
We need your application sent for approval as soon as possible. We only accept one vendor per type of item sold. Vendor spots are based on size this year. ( see vendor fees on the application). . On the application, please let us know how much space you need, and we will send you an invoice for payment. Money is due no later than 2 weeks after we send your invoice.
Please note that the Speedway requires that all vendors carry their own insurance policy naming the Speedway. If you already carry insurance, that’s great. If not, please indicate that on the application form. We will be able to help you obtain insurance coverage if you need us to.
